All products are made to order, which means we begin production after your purchase. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • Production Time: 2-7 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–10 business days (depending on location and shipping method)

Please note that these are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to delays with our fulfillment partners.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the items in your order. Some promotions may include free or discounted shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays due to inclement weather

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.)

  • Lost or stolen packages (please contact the carrier directly)
